1. Customer Responsibility and Proof Approval

By submitting an order through our Website, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed and approved all layout, content, and spelling.

  • You understand your order will print exactly as submitted and changes may not be possible after submission.

  • You assume full responsibility for any errors, including typographical errors, once the order is placed.

2. Payments and Billing

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of submission.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

  • PayPal eChecks may take 3–5 business days to clear; production begins only after clearance.

  • We do not store any credit card information.

  • Customers are responsible for all costs related to collections, including legal and arbitration fees, in the event of non-payment.

3. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor and investigate suspected fraudulent activity. If fraud is detected:

  • Your order may be delayed, canceled, or referred to law enforcement (including the FBI Internet Crime Division).

  • All associated data, such as IP addresses and billing information, may be shared with authorities.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • All Website content and materials used in production are protected under U.S. copyright law.

  • Customers must have legal rights to all artwork, trademarks, photos, or content submitted for printing.

  • Submitting copyrighted or trademarked content without permission may result in cancellation and legal action.

  • We prohibit the use of explicit, obscene, or unlawful material on printed items.

5. Limitation of Liability

Third Generation Printing is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of data, profits, or business due to delays, errors, or interruptions.

  • Inappropriate or unauthorized use of our services.

  • Services or content on third-party sites linked to from our Website.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.

6. Artwork, Color Matching & Finishing

  • We do not guarantee color accuracy from screen to print.

  • CMYK format and 300 DPI resolution are required for optimal quality.

  • Slight trimming and folding variances (up to 1/16″) are standard and acceptable.

  • Variations due to paper stock, coating, and monitor calibration are not our responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled before the job ticket is printed.

  • Canceled jobs may be subject to fees for labor, proofing, or processing (minimum $25).

  • All sales are final once the job is printed.

  • Refunds or reprints are issued only for confirmed production errors.

  • Issues must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. After that, the order is considered accepted.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Address Errors

  • All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delivery delays due to weather, customs, technical issues, or carrier errors.

  • Orders ship F.O.B. Third Generation Printing’s facility; title and risk of loss transfer upon shipment.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers will result in additional shipping fees if reshipment is necessary.

9. Overruns and Underruns

Overruns or underruns within ±5% of the ordered quantity are considered acceptable industry practice.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Third Generation Printing, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of:

  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.

  • Libel, slander, or invasion of privacy.

  • Any third-party claim related to materials you submit for printing.

11. Non-Solicitation Clause

You agree not to solicit or hire any employee, contractor, or consultant of Third Generation Printing for a period of two (2) years following your last order, without written consent.

12. Mobile Messaging Terms

By subscribing to our SMS/text services:

  • You consent to receive promotional and transactional messages to the number you provided.

  • Message frequency may vary. Message/data rates may apply.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time by following instructions in the message.

  • We do not charge for the service, but carrier charges may apply.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
